Prior to founding Circupol, Javier held key leadership positions at Cabka, a prominent circular economy company. As the Managing Director at Cabka Spain and Vice President of Material Engineering, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction.

Javier’s career journey includes serving as the Packaging Innovation Manager at San Lúcar Group, where he contributed to pioneering solutions in packaging. Before that, he served as the Technical Director at Obeikan MDF, showcasing his expertise in technical leadership.

Renowned for his proficiency in plastic waste management, Javier García boasts an impressive track record in material engineering and circular solutions. His extensive background in research and development, coupled with a focus on innovation projects and lean manufacturing, reflects his commitment to driving positive change in the industry.
